Many Protestants celebrate October 31 every year, because on that day in 1517, a Catholic priest, named Martin Luther, nailed his Ninety-Five Theses (propositions for debate) to the door of the Castle Church in the town of Wittenberg, Germany. This document challenged some of the practices of the Catholic church. In particular, it challenged the practices of selling indulgences and the authority of the Pope. Because the printing press had just been invented, the document spread quickly throughout Germany and the whole of Europe. And The Reformation was on!
In celebration, we are offering Coloring Workbooks, Bible Memory, The Reformation, at an introductory price. Come take a look at some of the Scripture that fueled the ideas upon which The Reformation was based and in particular, how grace, faith and scripture played such an important role.
